Overlooking the course on hole 13, it features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a gourmet kitchen, media room, and work desk. After a day on the green, unwind in the hot tub or by the firepit. Two e-bikes are included for exploring nearby trails and downtown. Enjoy Bend’s best golf, scenery, and amenities from your home base.

The Property: The home’s main floor features a spacious primary suite with a king bed, double vanity bathroom, standalone soaking tub, and walk-in closet. A second queen bedroom and separate full bathroom are also on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find a large game/media room with an oversized L-shaped futon-style couch, along with a third queen bedroom and another full bathroom.

Guest Access: The entire home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. You will also have access to the owners community pool if desired to use. Please note there is a locked fourth bedroom reserved for the homeowner’s personal belongings, as well as their personal car will be parked in the garage. One parking spot is yours to use in the garage.
